Hand made, one-of-a-kind (#1/1) or numbered limited edition artist creations were exclusively designed for a private collection dating back as far as 3 decades. Supporting documentation (paper hang tags, certificates of authenticity, etc.) provided when available.
PLEASE NOTE: The majority of pieces were constructed with a tail per special request. To this day, most artists do NOT include that feature on their Teddy bears, even though real bears actually do have tails.

Although technically NO 2 hand made pieces can be identical, "one of a kind" is defined as being a unique existing example or the only existing piece of it's type. This can be determined by a variation in any one or more characteristics: accessories (bow, clothing, jewelry, or props), eyes (color or type), hair (color, length, or type), internal mechanisms (audio chip, growler, music box, or voice box), nose (color, style, or type), pattern, size, structure (animatronics, armature, ball bearings, or joints), presence of a tail, etc.

Most artist animal creations are made with genuine mohair or Alpaca on fabric, which is sheared (NOT skinned) from Tibetan Angora Goats or Alpacas. Hair is then exported to mills in Germany and England where it is woven together on to a distinctive material backing. Absolutely NO real animals are harmed in any way for this process.

Due to the unique nature of these creations, received pieces can NOT be returned, exchanged, or refunded. All animal adoptions are final.
