Valdawn Incorporated (subsidiary of R & R Incorporated) was established back in the late 1980s. Valdawn patented the "rotating disk" novelty watch. Their first design was a gray tabby cat on the face with a white mouse on a clear rotating disk (as the seconds hand). It was so popular, they branched out creating many other designs including: animals, cartoons, celebrities, hobbies, holidays, licensed collectibles, sports, and more. This secured them a place on the "Fortune 500" list, along with numerous imitators and copy cat designs.

These particular watch styles available here are some of their early creations (prior to the original owner selling the company in the early 1990s) and have been since discontinued. There are even a few prototypes and one-of-a-kind designs that were never mass produced. Therefore, stock is extremely limited.

All watches maintain the following properties unless otherwise noted: mint (never used) condition, new battery, rotating disk, wind-up mechanism, standard size face and band, tested for precision prior to sale, shipped with stem in extended position to preserve battery life, 2-year limited warranty, certificates of authenticity and limited edition (when applicable), and varying Valdawn packaging.
